Senior Pastor Position

• The candidate must have proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin and English. Cantonese is a plus



• The candidate should be gifted in preaching, teaching, evangelism, leadership and administrations



• The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years pastoral experience in the North American Chinese Church context with a minimum of 5 years as a Senior Pastor



• The candidate should have experience in understanding and teaching in multicultural cultural context (English and Chinese Congregation)



• The candidate must have a minimum of M.Div from a accredited seminary



• The candidate must have experience in working in the context of a multi-pastoral staff context
